Our Cradle Valley Rosé 2020 is made from predominantly Pinot Gris grapes, hand-harvested on our Sussex Wine Estate. Pomegranate jewels on the palate with watermelon infused with lime and poached rhubarb and crystallised ginger on the finish.

As well as producing Sussex Sparkling wines we also make a limited amount of Sussex still wine under the Cradle Valley label. Rathfinny Estate is located in the South Downs National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty in Southern England. It occupies the main part of Cradle Valley, on a south-facing slope close to the iconic Cuckmere Valley, just three miles from the sea and the famous Seven Sisters cliffs, about a half a mile south of Alfriston village.
