Our 2018 Cradle Valley still white wine is light, crisp and made from a blend of 52% Pinot Blanc and 48% Pinot Gris.
The Cradle Valley Pinot Blanc Pinot Gris 2018 has a bountiful fruit on the nose with a touch of honey and a savoury white pepper back note. A complex palate of lime, lemon peel, grapefruit and white peach leads on to a long mineral finish.
This Pinot Blanc Pinot Gris 2018 is ideal with seared fish, zesty Thai dishes or simply enjoy on its own.
2018 was an exceptional year for winemaking in the UK, the long hot summer produced grapes of incredible ripeness.
