The Classic Cuvée 2016 is the first vintage of our classic Sussex Sparkling, made using the traditional method from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. This vintage showcases a radiant lemon in hue, with an expressive nose of fresh red orchard apples, a creamy tangerine mousse punctuated by toasty notes of almond brittle, and a honeydew melon finish.

Our 2018 Cradle Valley still white wine is light, crisp and made from a blend of 52% Pinot Blanc and 48% Pinot Gris. This wine has a bountiful fruit on the nose with a touch of honey and a savoury white pepper back note. A complex palate of lime, lemon peel, grapefruit and white peach leads on to a long mineral finish.

This London-Dry style Gin 2018 from our Seven Sisters brand is produced from Rathfinny Wine Estate’s sparkling wine grapes; Pinot Noir, Chardonnary and Pinot Meunier. This gin boasts lifted citrus notes of lemon verbena, pear and quince, over heady aromas of cherry blossom and wild lavender. Creamy nuances of lemon meringue and key lime pie give way to palate-cleansing notes of pear skin and fennel with a sweet cedar-wood flourish on the finish. Perfect for using in cocktails such as a Negroni.
