Tasting Note
Generous lemon verbena and candied pink grapefruit notes are underpinned by deeper tones of artichoke and angelica with a gentle, bitter-orange finish. The Vermouth offers a dry, fruity and bitter accompaniment to Seven Sisters Gin and works well in a cocktail such as a Sussex Martini, or as a stand-alone drink, served with tonic or simply in a glass over ice.
